Athletic Performance Program

U16 - U18

The Athlete Performance Program will provide a high-performance curriculum for Junior Jets athletes. APP is where the athlete will be exposed to a number of sessions that will increase their basketball skill, I.Q, understanding, physical attributes, mental and physical preparation, approach and character attributes.
