What happens if I have a prepaid door entry card remaining
If you have a prepaid SBA door entry card remaining following the removal of weekly stadium door entry fees, you can submit the card for reimbursement.To claim a reimbursement:Complete a Door Card Reimbursement Form in full.Securely staple the relevant prepaid door card to the completed form.Return the completed form and card to door staff at any SBA venue or to the SBA office during business hours.
Door Card Reimbursement Forms are available from door staff at SBA venues and can also be accessed and printed below.Reimbursement claims will be processed over the coming weeks. As we expect a higher volume of claims initially, we appreciate your patience while claims are being processed.
