Strategic Plan

This plan was endorsed at the 11 October 2025 SBA Board meeting and is the culmination of extensive consultation within our proud community.  Sincere thanks to the amazing work of the Otium Planning Group who consolidated all information received to provide an exciting roadmap for the next stage of our Association.

"With great pride and optimism, I present the Sunbury Basketball Association’s Strategic Plan for 2026-2030.

 

This document is a culmination of dedicated reflection, collaboration, and ambition from every corner of our community—players, coaches, technical officials, volunteers, families, and supporters alike. It builds upon our recent achievements in strengthening financial stability, deepening community engagement, and nurturing pathways for development, while placing our core values at the centre of everything we do.

 

This plan charts our course for the next four years, setting out a bold and inclusive vision. It outlines our priorities for governance, participation, and culture, and commits us to robust, transparent processes and measurable targets. Through ongoing consultation and a shared sense of purpose, we are determined to inspire passion, foster excellence, and ensure basketball in Sunbury continues to thrive for generations to come.
