David Clarke

· Dave was President of the SBA from 1996 through to 2002.

 

· Like with Lois, Dave in August 2000 was instrumental in keeping the SBA operational after the horrific tornado which damaged the Boardman Stadium.

 

· Dave was a quiet achiever and was one of the SBA’s most respected Presidents of all time, and without Dave carrying the reins through this challenging period, we surely would not be the strong, vibrant Association we are today.

 

· Dave won the “SBA Colin Carter Achievement Award” in 2001.

 

· Dave also had a lot to do with Jets BigV Men’s sides during his time and was a team official with our 1999 BigV Championship men’s team.
