Jim's Bio
· Jimmy was Vice President of the SBA in 1980 and 1981.
· Jimmy has been a constant for the SBA for many years, from the early days in our domestic competitions at Diggers Rest, Clarke Oval and then at Boardman Stadium.
· Back in the day, Jimmy helped secure sponsorship and fundraising for the SBA to assist with covering program operations.
· A sidenote, was when the SBA was operating only at the Clarke Oval venue (which the SBA had at capacity seven days/nights a week back then) we needed carpet for our allocated Committee room, and sure enough Jimmy through his extensive network got us some carpet!
· The SBA’s annual award for “Referee Recognition of Service” is named after Jimmy and presented at every Annual General Meeting.

Jimmy is suffering from MS now, but he still tries to get to as many Jets games as he can
